What is this site about?

This site is created to share the knowledge that came to me from direct experience, in the venture of evolving as far as possible. It is not the intention to base it in words, but from the experience itself. This is a practice-oriented site, sharing the conclusions in first hand. I don't say or talk about anything that I haven't experienced by myself.
