Techniques

There are 2 main types of techniques:

1-Realeasing techniques: designed to let go, relax, undo. This is a must in order to be able to activate superior focusing functions of your mind. This is like accumulate energy or open your channels directly. You need to have "extra" energy before to start with advanced exercises.

2-Focusing techniques:
  • Sensory focusing: designed to clean and prepare your mind. This ones leads you towards inner silence, awareness, quietness, similar to eastern meditations. This techniques brings you in the presence of the now, and acceptance of what-it-is. They will fee your mind from automatic habits, so you can use consciously your creative focusing.
  • Creative focusing: objects of attention that are not perceived through the senses. Such as inner view, energy, feelings or abstract concepts. This activation is very subtle and deep in your awareness, so this type of techniques can be very powerful, but they are also difficult to apply if you are not already in a very quiet/relaxed/happy state.
This 2 aspects function as 2 legs working together. You can't really separate them, they are balanced. But it is also true, that some techniques will fit better depending on the circumstances. Let your feelings and results be your only guide.

1-Releasing Teachniques:

1.1 Physic Release:

  • Partial by 3 exhalations: Focusing in one part of the body, exhale 3 times, letting go with your breath all the physic tension in this part of your body. Move from feet to head stopping in each part, exhaling 3 times in each part(relaxing each exhalation) I.e: feet, shin area, knees, calfs, hips....
  • Relaxing all the body at the same time and counting breaths. (1 to 50 or 100 times):
                                                              -releasing in exhalation
                                                              -releasing in inhalation
